Staff Management

Users can access Staff’s Profile or Roles and Permissions within the Staff Management menu.

Staff’s Profile

  1. Display Available and Deleted technicians of the Nails Salon

  2. Button for adding new technicians

  3. List of technicians

  4. Change the picture profile of technicians

  5. Display Details and Commission of each technician

  6. Technician’s information

Note:

Deleted tab will contain the list of deleted technicians. User can review, recover or completely delete if needed

Click on Add button and fill out all of the information to create a new technician.

Commission tab will let the user setup the commission of technicians:

Functions

Note

Commission or Wage per hour

Choose between Percentage on services or Wage per hour

Clean up fee

Owner will take a set amount of fees for each working day of the technician

Choose Cash - Check Percentage For Commission

Ratio of Cash - Check when technician receive commission (Default:50-50)

Choose Cash - Check Percentage For Gratuity

Ratio of Cash - Check when technician receive gratuity (Default:0-100)

Hard Salary

For technician who receive salary based on the set amount of money before doing commission

Gratuity Charge (%)

Owner will take off a percentage amount of gratuity from technician when they take gratuity from cash

Roles and Permissions:

User can modify the permissions of Manager and Technician roles by checking on or off the square of corresponded permissions
