5. How to sell and manage gift card with RICH POS

Gift Card

Login to the RICH POS (https://app.getrichpos.com/checkout) 

After logged in, users can choose which technician they want to check out with (For example: Kasey)

Choose Sell Gift Card category

  1. Sell Gift Card: Access Sell Gift Card functions in checkout

  2. General / Gift Card History: Put Gift Card information / View history of Gift Card

  3. The number of Gift Card

  4. Gift Card functions:

Note

Top-up Amount

The amount that user want to add to ticket

Balance

The remaining amount of the Gift Card

Expiration Date

The duration of Gift Card


  1. Quick adding the amount of Gift Card

  2. Reset information

  3. Add to Cart button

Note:

When the POS already had a Gift Card registered in the system, user can review the Gift Card history by simply accessing to the Gift Card History button

Go to Store Settings and access Gift Card

Status of the Gift Card (Active/Expired)

When click on the ID Giftcard:

Users can access the management of the Gift Card. Users can Top-Up or Review the amount of the Gift Card.
