1. How to Set-up RICH POS



  1. Account Setup:

Go to https://internal.getrichpos.com


Put in required information


*Note:

Username should be in the following format: DBA.Zip Code (Example: richpaymentsolutions.75044)

Passwords should be in the following format: DBA.Street Number (Example: richpaymentsolutions.2425)


  1. PC Setup:

After completing the account creation process. Please log in to the POS through https://app.getrichpos.com , go to CONFIG and input master passwords of RICH POS: R!CH (Please do not share this password for Customers), access to ADMIN SETTINGS button


Go to DOWNLOAD DRIVER


Download and Install required driver for customers


*Note: Please make sure RICH Connector is running before complete setup for customers. RICH Connector is extremely important to run our POS because it is related to Printer and Credit Card Terminals integration.


  1. Install RICH POS to Customer PC:

For Edge:

Log in to https://app.getrichpos.com, click on the app icon in the address bar and install the RICH POS application


Please make sure every settings follow as the picture below then press ALLOW


In case supports want to change settings of the application, click on the “...” icon and go to APP SETTINGS


And click on these options:


For Chrome:

Log in to https://app.getrichpos.com, click on the app icon in the address bar and install the RICH POS application


Access to the “...” icon and go to APP INFO and go to SETTINGS



Make sure check on all of the settings in the picture below
