Login to the RICH POS (https://app.getrichpos.com/checkout) 

After logged in, users can choose which technician they want to check out with (For example: Kasey)

Inside the check out UI:


  1. Service Categories

  2. Services in category

  3. Technician and their services

  4. Price breakdown (Subtotal, Discount, Tax, Total + Fees)

  5. Checkout functions:

Giving discount to customers

Discount explanation:

  1. Choose between Percent Discount or Amount Discount

  2. Choose the Discounter: Owner Only, Technician Only, or Owner and Staff

  3. Enter the amount

  4. Quick discount (5%,10%,15%,20%)

  5. Manually input the amount


            Gratuity explanation:


  1. Amount of the gratuity and the remaining amount of gratuity

  2. Divide the amount of the gratuity evenly, by ratio or custom amount depending on the user.

  3. List of technicians and the amount of gratuity.
